Scientists don't talk to anyone, but you can request things from them. Maybe then they'd listen to you... but probably not.

This planet is called Fortuna, but anything that happens usually involves the scientists or some of the other surrounding cities. I know of Accido, Spero, and Hollisland. They really control everything that happens here, so if something goes wrong you can usually blame them.

Most other magic comes from people's powers they get back when their chips are removed.
